We will continue state-mandated distance learning through the end of the school year (May 22nd) due to the spread of COVID-19. This is an evolving situation and we will update our website an other communication channels with any changes. Here are the most up to date details:
On Tuesdays we will do our weekly delivery of distance-learning materials.
Drive-in WiFi is available in the north parking lot at the High School in Staples, and in the south parking lot at the Early Learning Center in Motley. Wifi will be available from 8am to 10pm, and includes the same filtering used while students were in the building. Please stay in your vehicles to maintain social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you're unsure which parking lot to use, please see the maps in the sidebar of this page.
Drop-Off of School-Owned Materials
Please drop-off school-owned materials between Monday, May 18th and Friday, May 22nd at the high school.
Please drop off the following items:
School Library books
Classroom Library books
Learning tools (ex: math games)
M-State college books
Formal wear from fine arts
School owned instruments
Technology such as Chromebooks
School year food service will conclude on Friday, May 22nd.
Our USDA Summer Food Service Program will begin on Monday, June 1st.
Summer food will be available Monday through Friday, for pick up between 10:30am-12:30pm at the high school.
Care for children of essential workers will be available throughout the end of the school year.
If your child qualifies for this care please provide a letter from your employer or other proof of essential employment so we can arrange to meet your family’s needs.
