Dear Families,
Based on the current data, we are still planning on a full return to in-person learning this September, with distance learning available for those who request it. As we quickly approach the first week of school, we want to take a moment to reach out with some important items.
- We will begin the first, short week of school with a phased approach, bringing only part of the student population in for two days each. This will provide staff and students the time they need to adjust to the new expectations this school year. Beginning on Monday, September 14th, all students will attend full-time as usual. Please refer to the first week’s schedule as you plan for your child’s return to school this fall.
Day | Grades In-School |
Tuesday, September 8th | 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th |
Wednesday, September 9th | 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th |
Thursday, September 10th | K, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th |
Friday, September 11th | K, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th |
- Care for children of essential workers in grades K-4 will be provided at the Staples-Motley Early Education Center on non-scheduled days during the first week. Please call the Elementary School to request care for your child on those days. 218-894-5400 x3300
